DISTINCTIONS

Associateship (ASPAS)

Open to applicants/members who possess a high degree of proficiency in photography.

Applicants/Members may apply to be an associate by submitting evidence in form of 12 digital images either all in colour or in monochrome, combination are not allowed.

Fellowship (FSPAS)

Open only to members who are already Associates for at least a year and denotes distinguished ability in a particular field of photography, therefore work of a higher degree of proficiency is required in order to be successful.

Applicants/Members may apply to be an associate by submitting evidence in form of 18 digital images either all in colour or in monochrome, combination are not allowed.

 

 

Exemption:

*Holder's of ARPS or AICS or AUSPA or APSM or APSP distinction's may directly apply for ASPAS.

*Holder's of FRPS or FICS or EUSPA or FPSM or FPSP distinction's may directly apply for FSPAS.

*are exempted from submitting photographs for assessment, a copy of the certificate must be enclosed.​​​
